6. Technical Issues

If a significant technical issue prevents access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, Garisab may provide:

  • Subscription extension
  • Partial or full refund, where appropriate

7. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid subscription fees.
